Cancellation Policy for OMGRID.com Online Advertising Package

At OMGRID.com, we value your trust and strive to provide the best services for your real estate advertising needs. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to modify or cancel your advertising package. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Requests:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [support@omgrid.com] or through your user account on our platform.
• Requests must include your registered email, package details, and the reason for cancellation.
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of the campaign’s activation, you are eligible for a partial refund, calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused days of the package.
  • After 7 days, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds, as services would have already been rendered.
  • If the campaign was paused or terminated due to violations of OMGRID’s terms and conditions or advertising policies.
  • If services have been fully rendered as per the package agreement.

2. Refund Policy:

Before Campaign Activation
If the cancellation request is received before your campaign goes live, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.

After Campaign Activation

3. Package Modifications

• If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your package, please contact our support team. Adjustments will be made based on the remaining duration of the current package and availability of the desired package. Additional charges may apply for upgrades.

4. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. No-Show or Inactivity

• If you do not utilize the advertising package during the active period and fail to cancel, no refunds or extensions will be provided.
